Crab Cakes for two
1lb Jumbo lump Crab meat
4oz Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Old Bay
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Quarter Cup - small diced Red and Gold Peppers
2 Scallions - chopped
1 Teaspoon Salt and Pepper
Half Teaspoon Celery Seed
Japanese Breadcrumbs
To make:
Pick through crab and remove shells.
Mix all other ingredients together and gently fold into crab meat
Form mixture into 4 equal size balls
Roll in Japanese bread crumbs and flatten
Chill for 2 hours
Saute over medium heat until golden brown and hot in the center
Serve with Lemon Aioli

Lemon Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon
Half Teaspoon minced Garlic
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Pinch of Paprika
Pair with Marlborough New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc from Sauvignon Republic.
